AutoSort takes large PDF attachments which contain multiple documents such as payslips, tax returns, contracts of sale and bank statements, and splits up the file into each individual document. AutoSort then classifies and renames each document according to the type of document, date and borrower name, before placing the document into its relevant category.

It is often the case that borrowers or brokers do not submit complete applications, resulting in delays due to "more information requests". By immediately identifying which documents have been received, lenders are now able to instantly determine which documents are missing in order to provide a rapid response to the borrower or their broker. The added benefit is that borrowers experience less delays, which results in them being les likely to "shop around". Furthermore, brokers are also more likely to continue to submit more applications to lenders who provide fast responses and approvals to their clients, particularly in cases where time is of the essence.
Breezedocs also has an Application Programming Interface (API) whereby borrowers documents can be AutoSorted and posted directly into the loan origination and underwriting system. This provides lenders with a paperless environment as it removes the need for printing and manual sorting of files. It also renders completely obselete the dated methodology of placing "separator" pages between documents before re-scanning.
